The restaurant will be owned by Chef Mk, He began his restaurant career in 1996 at ITC Chola Sheraton, Chennai as a production Catering Assistant.
After which he worked in Park Royal, New Delhi and then began his service in the Leading cruise lines

• He served as  CHEF  for around 15 years in leading Cruise Lines

•His achievements include implementation of these successfully running projects-Blue Iguana Cantina ,Guy Fieri Burger joint , Redfrog pub,Bonsoi sushi, Cucina del capitano,The Tandoor ,Mongolian Grill ,Taste Bar

•Chef Mk  joining Norwegian cruise lines was like adding a jewel to the crown, where he was made the CHEF in charge of all Specialty Fine Dining Restaurants.

•Chef Mk  is currently providing his expertise as Corporate Executive Chef for Ellora Groups NJ
